These buddies are an assistant at home, at school, in care or work, but may also simply provide fun.
NAO, a good example of a Buddy
The robot that comes closest to a usable home robot is this NAO robot made by SoftBank. The 6th version has now been released. NAO speaks several languages, responds to oral commands, can walk around, tell stories and perform many other fun assignments. With the accompanying software program it is easy to give the robot new functions.
Just a pity that the robot is still very expensive and therefore not suitable for most households. The robot is already being used in education and healthcare. For example, there is a special version with the name Zora that is used in healthcare.

Little Sophia is the little sister of the famous Sophia robot and the newest member of the Hanson Robotics family. She is 14 cm tall and your robot friend and assistant. Easy to program and thanks to AI a fun and rewarding adventure for children 8 years and older.
